Guidelines

Guidelines for Abstract Submission:

The Scientific Committee invites abstracts for Award Papers, Free papers & Posters for consideration, and inclusion into the Scientific Programme.

  • All abstracts should be written, submitted and presented in English only.
  • The first name in each abstract should be that of the presenting author.
  • Submission of more than one abstract by the same first author is permitted.
  • Please note however, that invited speakers may submit abstracts for consideration for platform/poster sessions.
  • No communications through post is entertained.
  • Deadline for Abstract Submission: 31st January 2026

Guidelines for Paper Presentation:

  • Review papers will not be accepted.
  • The abstract in brief which should include aim, materials and methods, results with statistical analysis, conclusion and clinical significance for research papers. Introduction, case presentation, discussion and conclusion for case reports. Photos, tables and graphs are not necessary. The paper submitted should not be more than 350 words.
  • The time allotted for presentation is 8 minutes and 2 minutes discussion. (Time limit will be strictly followed).

Video Session

  • We are starting a new concept of Surgical Video session in which only video of an interesting case will be included it that.video presentation will be of 6 min. and 2min. discussion. You can send your video into that category.

Guidelines for Poster Presentation:

  • All presentations should be digital posters (e-poster presentations).
  • All posters should be made in PowerPoint format and will be projected on an LCD Screen at the venue.
  • Presentations should not exceed 1 slide.
  • The topic can be a research or clinical presentation.
  • Poster presentation must be done by the participant. Each participant will have 5 minutes for the presentation.
  • A certificate will be provided only to the presenting author.
  • The abstract page should include the title of the poster, name of the presenter(s), institution, designation/year of study.
  • The abstract should be no more than 350 words.

Review Acceptance and Notification:

  • Acknowledgement of receipt will be sent via e-mail.
  • Members of the Scientific committee will review all abstract submissions.
  • Presenting authors will receive written notification of abstracts acceptance or rejection.
  • All abstracts will be published in Abstract Book and may be edited for publication.
